Meet Edra Izzo
Co-Creator • Faith-Led Creative Strategist • Human Design
Edra is a lifelong community supporter, creative strategist, and faith-driven business guide with hands-on experience helping leaders and families build meaningful connections through events, storytelling, and brand strategy. Growing up as the oldest of four children in a family devoted to service, Edra has been involved in community projects, local campaigns, and outreach events since childhood.
As a Human Design Generator with Hope Motivation and the Right Angle Cross of the Four Ways, she has a unique gift for seeing potential and weaving together ideas into purposeful plans that align with both faith and personal energy. Today, Edra continues to guide entrepreneurs and families with clarity and creativity while navigating her journey as a new mother.

Meet Rebecca Shay Rizzo

Rebecca is a relationship strategist, community builder, and connector with decades of experience spanning business development, nonprofit leadership, sponsorship development, marketing, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Rebecca’s strength is her ability to see connections where others may see separate pieces. She brings together people, organizations, resources, and opportunities in ways that create momentum and open new possibilities. As a Human Design Generator with The Vessel of Love Incarnation Cross, Rebecca also draws from her intuitive and energetic understanding of people — blending strategy, curiosity, and human connection in the way she approaches both relationships and opportunities.
Community has been a constant thread throughout Rebecca’s personal and professional life. Her years of volunteer leadership, nonprofit service, small-business experience, and community involvement have shaped her belief that meaningful growth happens through relationships. As a mother of four and now a grandmother, she is especially passionate about contributing to a stronger community and leaving the places and people she encounters better than she found them.
