Yes. We help organizations clarify their sponsorship opportunities, develop packages and supporting materials, identify potential partners, build relationships, and manage sponsor outreach. Sponsorship success depends on alignment, timing, audience value, and relationship development, so results cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. We help determine what your organization should say, where it should show up, and how its story connects with the people it wants to reach. This may include messaging, community partnerships, events, outreach, campaigns, content planning, and public-facing opportunities.

We provide event strategy, partnership development, sponsorship support, community outreach, promotion, and event activation. The exact level of operational support depends on the event and the agreed-upon scope of work.

We combine practical strategy with relationship intelligence, creativity, and a deep understanding of community. We do more than recommend ideas. We look at the people, partnerships, resources, and opportunities surrounding an organization or individual and help connect them into a workable path forward.

Human Design is one of the tools that informs how our co-founders understand energy, communication, decision-making, and individual strengths. It may influence our perspective, but clients are not required to use or participate in Human Design unless it is specifically part of the service they request.

The Connection Table is a relationship-centered workshop and community experience created by RIZZO Strategic Solutions and founded at The Dune Room in downtown Indio, California. It helps participants build stronger connections, recognize opportunities for collaboration, and turn meaningful conversations into practical next steps. Each gathering explores the skills, strategies, and human understanding needed to build relationships that create lasting value.

No. RIZZO STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS is a collaborative brand created by Rebecca and Edra. Each operates her own independent sole proprietorship and is responsible for the services she provides. Neither is an employee of the other.

Yes, starting at $85hr. Depending on the project, we may provide individual strategy sessions, project-based services, workshop facilitation, event support, or ongoing consulting and relationship-development support. We recommend the structure that best fits your goals and current needs.

No. We are relationship-driven, not transactionally focused. We will turn down paid opportunities when the alignment doesn’t feel right.
